The client and the trustee bank reach the cost agreement.

1. The trustee bank has an irrevocable letter of guarantee with no (or) conditions. The beneficiary is the company. The amount of the guarantee is RMB.

Two. The letter of guarantee comes into force on the date of acceptance by the beneficiary. The deadline is for the year of the year.

Three, the client shall deposit the receipts in the entrusted bank and accept the supervision of the entrusted bank.

Four. Before a guarantee letter is issued by a trustee bank, the trustor shall provide a counter guaranty in the beneficiary of the bank as the beneficiary of the company's legal person qualification (third party counter guarantor), or it may be mortgaged to the trustee bank with the pferable asset value of the company, and it shall provide the bank with a counter guarantee letter (or a mortgage agreement with the entrusted bank).

Five, the beneficiary is covered by a letter of guarantee, a certificate and a trustor.

Six. The entrusted bank has the right to recover the funds from the client after it advances funds.

The client shall return the advance payment within 30 days after receiving the notification from the trustee bank.

The trustee bank pays interest on the advance funds according to other loans of the Construction Bank.

No more than 30 days, plus 20% interest on overdue loans.

Seven, after the entrusted bank advances funds, it has the right to request the third party counterguarantor to return the funds and interest on behalf of the client, or to discount or sell the mortgaged property and give priority to the compensation from the sale of the mortgaged property.

Eight, the principal shall pay the guaranty fee on an annual basis in accordance with the amount of the bank's guarantee amount, and it shall be paid annually on the annual basis.

Nine. This agreement has been effective since the date of the year.

Ten. This agreement is made in two copies, each of which is entrusted by the principal and the trustee bank.

Any modification of this Agreement and dissolution of this Agreement shall be mutually agreed.

Eleven. The matters not covered in this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the Interim Measures for guaranty business of the people's Bank of China.
