Management Should Talk About The Results.

In modern business management, both the boss and the professional manager seem to be talking about the results and putting forward the "result oriented" management concept.

Even some managers say, "I don't ask questions about the process. I just look at the results."

Later, people noticed the dual nature of things. Therefore, they emphasized "paying attention to process". Later, people realized the systematicness, and emphasized again that "we should not only pay attention to the results, but also pay attention to the process".

At this point, people's management thinking seems to have reached a perfect level.

However, there is another issue which is more important than the emphasis on the result.

What is "if"?

If that is the assumption.

What is hypothetical?

Assumption is a philosophical way of thinking.

It can basically express four meanings.

One is the presumptive inference; the two is the imaginary assumption; the three is the hypothetical explanation; and the four is the logical hypothesis.

It can be said that all human thoughts and experiences are based on assumptions.

Our thinking must be derived from what we think is true in a particular environment; our reasoning is based on the assumption that existence and our minds are conscious or unaware.

The hypothesis of logic is a speculative explanation of the unknown nature of the object and its cause or rule based on some factual material and theoretical knowledge. It is a way of thinking that drives knowledge from the known to the unknown and then becomes unknown.

Western economics is based on hypothesis, and it is the life of economics.

That being the case, we have every reason to use the "assumed" philosophical thinking mode in the management of enterprises to focus on and solve major problems in the enterprise.

Unfortunately, however, people often neglect assumptions and often make mistakes and misunderstandings.

The bold use of hypothetical thinking and theory has many advantages.

First, it can help us formulate scientific enterprise development strategy and development plan; second, it can help us establish reasonable, applicable and cohesive enterprise incentive and restraint mechanisms; third, it can help us establish a reasonable and efficient operation system; fourth, it can help us formulate a series of management systems and policies that are consistent with employees' mental cognition; fifth, it can help us better formulate production and operation plans.

The most important thing is to make innovations in every aspect of the enterprise by using assumptions.

Therefore, bosses and professional managers of enterprises must not always manage to catch up with the management of trees in the management, but have to manage in depth and breadth at a higher level of management thinking.

Do not only focus on "results" but pay more attention to "if".

Paying attention to "if" and boldly assuming that it is the source of vitality and vitality of enterprises, because without the assumption, all beneficial exploration will cease, and the management and operation of enterprises will be trapped in the old mode and become more and more rigid.
