"We received a single order of 500000 pieces of ski fast drying clothes from customers in the three eastern provinces, which is our most centralized place of ordering in China." Wang Deyou, vice president of the General Chamber of Commerce of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, and head of a local clothing company, said that the Spring Festival holiday is coming, and the factory production line is going to be open for holidays. We recruited designers and signed a doctor's degree program with Donghua University to jointly develop fabrics, so the business started with excitement. " Wang De said.
Wang De has never been to a ski resort before. After doing skiing business, he flew to the three eastern provinces to "kick start" and experience his own ski clothes from the perspective of consumers.
"After coming back, I will discuss with the R&D team and the design team to upgrade the product in terms of bacteriostasis, quick drying, and fit." He said that in 2024, the company will produce a new model almost every day to meet the needs of customers at home and abroad, and the annual business volume will increase by 10% year on year.
Guo Shun, the person in charge of an e-commerce enterprise in Yiwu, also grasped the opportunity. In 2021, he once sold gloves and began to transform into a ski glove monopoly, gradually expanding to the whole category of ski equipment, and also established his own brand.
"At present, we have five live broadcasting rooms, each broadcasting for 16 hours every day, with 15 anchors working in shifts, and the average daily turnover of about 5000 orders."
