　　 On December 21, the three-day national final of the 2024 textile industry tailor professional skills competition was held in Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. After fierce competition, the results of this contest were announced, and the top 30 in China stood out. In terms of individual awards, three winners were selected from the three projects of "measurement design", "clothing production" and "fitting and shaping". In addition, there are three bronze prizes, two silver prizes and one gold prize in the competition. 　　 The professional skills competition for tailors in the textile industry was jointly organized by China Fashion Designers Association and Jiangxi Federation of Trade Unions, and co organized by Ganzhou Federation of Trade Unions, Yudu County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, Yudu County People's Government, Yudu County Federation of Trade Unions. 　　 In the national final of the Tailor Professional Skills Competition, the players showed extraordinary talent and creativity, and produced unique and creative works. 　　 The proposition of this contest is based on the professional content and industry needs of the National Professional Standards for Tailors (2021). Compared with previous competitions, this competition has three significant differences. First of all, for the first time, the women's clothing competition uses live measurement, fitting and catwalk, and every two contestants share a live model. Secondly, according to the category requirements of the announced "Dress", four rigid index requirements were proposed, three of which were announced in the technical documents, and the fourth was completed by drawing lots before the competition. Finally, the match scoring standard adopts the scoring mode of combining subjectivity and objectivity. The scoring mode adopts that only after each module is encrypted can the referee score, making the game more standardized and standard. The final consists of theoretical knowledge examination and practical operation examination, which comprehensively assessed the theoretical basis of players, theoretical level of tailors and comprehensive practical skills. After three days of intense and orderly competition, with the full support of the venue security team, the cooperation of provincial leaders and players, and the joint efforts of experts and referees, the execution of the contest was successfully completed.

　　 In the theoretical assessment part, the closed book form is adopted. The assessment mainly covers the basic knowledge, workflow, basic requirements of key technical links related to tailoring, as well as the ability to solve practical problems in garment customization production according to customer needs.

　　 In the practical assessment part, the assessment is carried out from multiple dimensions such as style design, live measurement, plate making, fitting, sample revision, cutting and layout, sewing, ironing and safety production. The total score of the practical part is 100, accounting for 80% of the total score. The evaluation is divided into three modules: measurement and design, garment production and fitting stereotypes.

　　 In the garment production module, there are two operation modes in the plate making link, manual plate making accounting for 42% and CAD plate making accounting for 58%. The style drawing and sample are relatively good, but the detailed description of the style drawing is not accurate enough. There were minor incidents in the process of layout and layout due to equipment problems, but ultimately 100% of them were completed as required. The completion rate of the whole garment sewing process accounts for 90%. Many players have skillfully handled the process structure of three-dimensional modeling, highlighting the organic combination of traditional technology and modern technology.

　　 In the fitting and shaping module, the players in the first fitting process make plates and complete the production of plain cloth clothes according to the anthropometric results and style drawings. The total score of this link is 15 points, with an average score of 11.2 points. More than 10 points account for 76%. The detection of fitting process is one of the most important links of tailoring customized demand assessment. The overall level of finalization is excellent, accounting for more than 60%, 30% in general, and only 10% in case of problems.

　　 Jin Li pointed out that through this competition, it was found that some players had outstanding individual performance, some players were relatively balanced, some players played well, and some players failed to play their true level. She hoped that the contestants whose performance was not ideal would not be discouraged, find out the gap, find the deficiency, catch up, and constantly enrich their professional knowledge and improve their skills.
