Yunnan Textile And Clothing Industry Has Initially Formed A Trend Of Agglomeration Development
In recent years, Longchuan County has taken the large-scale development and intensive management of sericulture as the main line, introduced advanced seed, breeding and weaving technologies, integrated the existing resources of the sericulture industry and other ways to improve the driving force of the industry, promote the integrated development of production and marketing, and cultivate the silkworm industry into a new economic growth point of the county. By virtue of the silkworm industry, Longchuan County has been selected as the "one county, one industry" characteristic county in Yunnan Province and the second batch of characteristic agricultural product advantage areas in Yunnan Province.
In the process of industrial development, based on the existing advantageous resources, the introduction of advanced technology has made the entire industrial chain continuously improve and expand. Under the opportunity of "moving the mulberry from east to west" and "moving the silk from east to west", we timely undertook the industrial transfer and transformed it into our own advantages. Foreign textile enterprises also adapted to the "soil and water in Yunnan". Today, Longchuan County has formed a whole sericulture industry chain with Dehong Zhengxin Industrial Co., Ltd., Kaixiya Silk Textile Industrial Co., Ltd., Yunnan Silk Warehouse Silk Co., Ltd. as the leaders, integrating mulberry breeding, cocoon and silk processing and sales.
The expansion of textile industry in Longchuan County is a microcosm of Yunnan's undertaking of textile and clothing industry transfer. In recent years, our province has given full play to the advantages of border location adjacent to South Asia and Southeast Asia, abundant labor resources, raw material resources, low water and electricity costs and other comprehensive advantages to undertake domestic silk, spinning, clothing, shoes and hats and other export processing industries. Focus on the development of four key directions of cocoon and silk processing, spinning and weaving, clothing, shoes and hats, adhere to high-end, intelligent and green development, continue to strengthen the chain, supplement and extend the chain, and optimize the industrial layout. The issuance of the Implementation Opinions on Undertaking Industrial Transfer and Accelerating the Development of Textile and Clothing Industry also made it clear that our province should make every effort to build a textile and clothing export processing demonstration base with distinctive features, complete supporting facilities and strong driving force for South Asia and Southeast Asia. Seen from the current situation, the agglomeration development trend has initially formed.
Based on the edge advantages, Yunnan's textile and clothing industry is mainly distributed around Baoshan, Dehong, Honghe and other states and cities. Baoshan Industrial Park, Kaiyuan Industrial Park, Longchuan Industrial Park, Zhenxiong Industrial Park and other textile footwear and clothing professional parks are speeding up their construction, and initially forming the development trend of textile industry agglomeration. These professional parks are gradually becoming an important base for our province to introduce important strategic partners inside and outside the province, accelerate the development of the textile and clothing industry, undertake industrial transfer in the east, and an important export processing base for Southeast Asia and South Asia.
Yunnan Baoshan Industrial Park has been listed as the national textile industry transfer demonstration park, and has also been listed as the textile and clothing industry priority undertaking oriented park in the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Green Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Industry jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments. The light textile industrial park of Baoshan Industry and Trade Park has built a total of 290000 square meters of standard factory buildings, 5106 affordable housing has been completed and settled, and the sewage treatment station in the light textile area has been completed and put into operation. 8 enterprises have settled in. Kaiyuan Industrial Park was listed as "National Textile Industry Transfer Pilot Park" by China Textile Industry Federation in December 2019. The park successfully introduced Jiangsu Xindongxu Textile Technology Co., Ltd. to settle in the park and established Kaiyuan Ruyou Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., investing 2 billion yuan to build a project with an annual output of 42000 tons of knitting and 70000 tons of woven high-grade fabrics. Dehong Prefecture has five industrial parks, namely Mangshi, Ruili, Longchuan, Yingjiang and Lianghe. In the first half of this year, with the employment problem effectively alleviated, the textile and clothing industry in Dehong Prefecture has developed rapidly.
With the improvement of local capacity to undertake industrial transfer, Baoshan Hengfeng Textile Technology Co., Ltd.'s 150000 spindle spinning project, Tianjin Textile Control's 125000 spindle spinning project, Baoshan Wolong Shoes Co., Ltd.'s annual production line construction project of 5 million pairs of shoes, Yunnan Yeqin Garment's annual production project of 15 million pieces of clothing Yunnan Kaixiya Silk Textile Industrial Park Project and other industrial transfer projects have been completed and put into operation, laying a good industrial foundation for the textile and clothing industry of our province. The projects of Yaergo (Ruili) Garment Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 10 million pieces (sets), Kaiyuan Ruyou Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 112000 tons of high-grade fabrics, Shanghai Zhonghao Garment and Light Textile Industry Chain Integration Project, Tanglite Textile and Garment Industrial Park and other projects are accelerating construction. A large number of well-known textile and clothing enterprises have settled in Yunnan, injecting new vitality into the development of the textile and clothing industry in our province.
