China Woolen Association Organizes Exchange And Docking Activities Between Woolen Textile Member Enterprises And Household Textile Enterprises

On August 14, 2024 China International Home Textiles and Accessories (Autumn and Winter) Expo opened in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Sun Ruizhe, president of China Textile Industry Federation, Xu Yingxin, Duan Xiaoping, Yang Zhaohua, and Liang Pengcheng, vice presidents, Yang Donghui, former vice presidents, Cao Xuejun, member of the expert advisory committee, and Zhu Xiaohong, president of China Home Textiles Industry Association, Liu Jiaqiang, President of China Wool Textile Industry Association, Wu Yongxi, Vice President of China Household Textile Industry Association and other leaders and guests visited the exhibition together.

The China Wool Textile Industry Association, the Textile Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the China Household Textile Industry Association organized the docking and exchange activities between wool yarn enterprises and household textile enterprises. At the docking meeting, more than 30 people from 15 vice chairman units and governing units, including Zhejiang Xin'ao, Jiangsu Lianhong, Lugang Technology, Anhui Tianwei, Ningbo Zhongxin, Shengzhou Youngor and Inner Mongolia Fiber Supervision Center, participated in the face-to-face exchange and docking activities between wool textile member enterprises and household textile enterprises. Dong Jun, Deputy Secretary General of the China Maoist Association, and Zhang Yudong, Director of the Technology Department attended the docking meeting.

President Liu Jiaqiang led the wool textile exhibition group to select advantageous enterprises such as carpets, bedding, curtains and window decorations, sofa fabric and furniture upholstery that wool textile members paid more attention to. He visited the booths of domestic high-quality exhibitors such as Hexin Holdings, Waltai, Jiading Carpets, Maya, etc. to understand the development of industry and segmentation products, and exchange ideas on innovative product development. At the same time, we also visited 2024 China International Fiber Art Exhibition and other related activities.

President Liu Jiaqiang stressed that wool, as a natural fiber, has the characteristics of flame retardancy, noise reduction, anti-bacterial, moisture absorption, perspiration, and biodegradability. It is not only in the clothing application field, but also highly praised by clothing designers. Many home textile brands also insist on using wool in product design to improve the quality of home textile products.

The cooperation between wool yarn enterprises and home textile enterprises can jointly innovate the research and development of home textile products, improve the functional orientation of products, break the stereotype of thinking, so as to enhance the added value of home textile products and expand the application range of wool fibers.

This home textile exhibition will last until August 16, attracting nearly 1200 high-quality soft decoration enterprises and manufacturers, purchasers, brand enterprises, designers and professional visitors from all over the world.
