"Our company plans to purchase 20000 tons of cotton. Since the beginning of weighing, we have strictly controlled the safety and quality of cotton purchase, storage and processing to ensure that the processed lint meets the standards," said Zheng Qi, the manager of the company.

The ginning plant of Xinjiang Guotai Cotton Industry Co., Ltd. located in Shaya County has accelerated the progress of cotton purchase, production and processing. "We plan to purchase 60000 tons of cotton, and have already purchased 52000 tons of seed cotton." Pan Li, the assistant chairman of the board of directors of the company, said that the current focus of work has shifted to processing and sales, and has processed 12000 tons of lint cotton.
