Jiahua energy received the notice from Guan Jianzhong, the actual controller and chairman of the company, on August 7, 2020, and the notice of investigation (No.: Jizong investigation Tong Zi 200943) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission on August 6, 2020. Because Guan Jianzhong was suspected of manipulating the securities market, the CSRC decided to file a case against Mr. Guan Jianzhong in accordance with the relevant provisions of the securities law of the people's Republic of China Check.
