The Seventh Member Congress Of China Textile And Clothing Education Institute Held A New Leading Group.

In November 8th, the seventh member congress of China Textile and clothing education society was held at Xi'an Polytechnic University. On the morning of 8 th, the China Textile and clothing education association undertook 4 sub committees: the higher education sub committee, the higher vocational education sub branch, the secondary education branch and the continuing education sub committee held the governing meetings respectively. The seminars exchanged and discussed the hot and difficult topics in the field of textile and clothing education in the past 5 years. On the afternoon of 8, a member's Congress was convened. The meeting examined and approved the work report of the China Textile and clothing education association, the amending report of the articles of association, and the report on the income and expenditure of the membership fee, and elected a new executive director, secretary general, vice president and president. Sun Xiaoyin was elected president of China Textile and clothing education association. Ni Yangsheng was elected executive vice president. Ji Xiaofeng was elected vice president and secretary general. Chen Nanliang and other 40 comrades were elected vice presidents. Wu Jun and other 77 people were elected as executive directors.

Sun Ruizhe, President of China Federation of textile industry, Du Yuzhou, former chairman of China Textile Federation, Wang Jiuxin, deputy secretary of the China Textile Commission, director of human resources department, Sun Xiaoyin, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Union, director of science and technology development department, Peng Yan Li, deputy director general of China Textile Union, Ye Zhimin, vice president of textile science and technology foundation of education, Gao Ling, President of Xi'an Polytechnic University, and representatives from 350 national textile and garment related institutions, higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools and enterprises. The meeting was chaired by Ni Yangsheng.

In his speech, Kaoling said that the China Textile and clothing education association held the seventh member congress at Xi'an Polytechnic University. This is a major event in the development of textile and clothing education in our university. It is of great significance to speed up the development of our textile and garment education and accelerate the training of textile and garment talents. Xi'an Polytechnic University is the only university in the western region characterized by textile and clothing. In recent years, through quality awareness, quality action and quality output, schools are building a quality culture of all-round talent cultivation, which is "student centered, output oriented and continuous improvement", and explores the connotative development of new era conforming to the reality and distinctive characteristics of the school.

At the meeting, Sun Ruizhe made a report on the high quality development and personnel training of China's textile industry. He summed up the development of the textile industry in the past 70 years, pointed out the challenges faced by the industry and the new changes in the new situation, and emphasized the cultivation of talents. He said that the high quality development of the industry needs strong support from education. With the development of the industry, the demand for talents has also changed, which highlights the characteristics of internationalization, compound and innovation. At present, textile and clothing education is developing vigorously, and many levels of personnel training system including undergraduate education, vocational education, skilled worker education and social education have been established. He spoke highly of the work of the China Textile Education Association. He said that China Textile education society has done a lot of work in developing textile education science, promoting textile education and teaching reform, and promoting the professional development of textile teachers, thus promoting the healthy development of textile education.

Wang Jiuxin, on behalf of the China Textile Industry Federation Party committee, recommended the president and secretary general to the general assembly.

Ni Yangsheng summed up the work of the Institute in the past five years. He said that the China Textile and clothing education association always followed the purpose of the Institute, unites the vast number of textile and garment educators, continuously explores the theory and practice of industry education, adapts itself to the new requirements put forward in the new era, keeps in mind the "two fundamental points" repeatedly emphasized by the general secretary, takes the quality of personnel training as the starting point, and has done a lot of work in the aspects of engineering education professional certification, excellent plan promotion, vocational education professional reform and practice, international exchange and cooperation, teacher training, planning teaching materials publishing, etc., and has achieved good results, and has made important contributions to the progress of the industry.

After that, Ni Yangsheng made a revision report to the general assembly.

The members elect to elect the new executive director, the secretary general, the vice president and the president. Ji Xiaofeng announced the result of the vote.

The conference also carried out the awarding of textile education teaching achievement award. Zhang Xianghui, Donghua University, introduced the new mechanism of training talents in costume design and engineering based on the new concept of engineering education. Yu Bin, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, introduced the exploration and practice of "composite innovation based engineering application textile (Silk Road) talents cultivation based on industry, four in one, and double lead". Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology President Liu Guiyu introduced "deepening teaching research and cultivating teaching achievements to promote the reform of three religions".

Jiang Yaming, Tianjin University of Technology, introduced the draft of the second world textile and clothing education conference to participants. It is reported that the Second World Conference on textile and clothing education will be held at Tianjin University of Technology on 23-25 October 2020. At that time, representatives of Textile Universities from Britain, France, Germany, the United States, Belgium, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Canada and other countries will attend the seminar.

Sun Xiaoyin, the newly elected president, said in his speech that as a recruits in the field of textile education, we should learn from all of you and hope to get your support and help. She said that we should work together to make textile education work better and cultivate more talents for the construction of textile power.

In his concluding remarks, Ni Yangsheng said that how to provide human and intellectual support for the textile and clothing education has always been the core of the academic work. He proposed several work directions, one is to strengthen the party building work, especially to integrate all kinds of links among the teachers and students; two, to promote the connotative development of higher education; three, to vigorously develop the vocational education of clothing; four, to organize the Second World Conference on textile and clothing education, the key is to push the training mode of China's textile education talents to the world; five, to run the Journal of textile and clothing education, to improve the value of publications, and to play a greater role in the field of textile education. At the end of the day, Ni Yangsheng said that education is a major plan for the country and a major plan for the party. We should work together to cultivate more talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty.

After the member's Congress, the China Textile and clothing education association held the seven executive council meeting. The meeting passed the Deputy Secretary General nominated by the Secretary General of Ji Xiaofeng. Bai Jing served as deputy secretary general, Yao Weixin and four comrades as deputy secretaries general. The newly elected executive director has made suggestions for the future work of the Institute and will continue to provide strong support for the development of the society.
