It will be held in Ningbo in from October 19 to 22, 2017. As a counterpart city in Ningbo, our state has been invited by Ningbo to participate in the twenty-first Ningbo international costume festival.

The Ningbo international clothing festival, Qianxi, is hosted by the Qianxi people's government group. The Qianxi industrial and Information Commission of Qianxi is mainly responsible for the strong ethnic groups in the state.

As a carrier, we should expand exchanges and cooperation between ethnic and folk arts, enhance the level of development and design of national costumes, further enhance the brand awareness and reputation of Qianxi national dress enterprises, and present the unique national characteristics and ethnic customs products of Southwest Guizhou, so as to promote the industrialization and marketization of national costumes in our country.
