Last April, the Chinese textile giant Shandong Ruyi group bought 1 billion 300 million of the SMCP group's 70% stake through the private equity giant Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and the remaining 30% were owned by KKR company and the current management team.

He also stressed: "the company's goal is to become a cost-effective global leader in luxury goods."

The report stressed that all the brands and regions of the group grew in the first half of the year, even 12% in the challenging French region.

In other regions, business income has risen by 26%, and the American market has increased by 9%.

The Asia Pacific region, known as the "dynamic market" by the group, has increased by 51%, driven by a surge in sales in the mainland of China.

The report also showed that sales of jackets, skirts and dresses were significantly increased by category, while the accessories category in the sprouting sector surged 59%.

With the gradual internationalization of SMCP group, more than half of the sales growth in the first half of the year took place outside France.

As of June 30th, the group had a total of 1176 stores in 35 countries, including 58 stores in 14 mainland China.

The group said earlier that it will continue to expand and will open 80 to 100 new stores in 2016.

Earlier, the group will continue to expand its markets in Europe, North America and the Middle East, especially in Asia.

The Group believes that the development of the Chinese market is bigger. From 2011 to 2020, the number of middle-class families will increase from 33 million to 85 million, and these consumers will become the new target customers of the group.

According to the SMCP group's earnings report, in 2015, group revenue surged 33% to 675 million euros, and the group turnover grew by 20.5% in 2014. This is the group's revenue growth of sixth over the past sixth years.

In the first half of this year, SMCP's e-commerce performance increased by 104%. In May of this year, SMCP announced that it had landed on Tmall, the largest B2C e-commerce platform in China. Two brands flagship store Sandro and Maje have already opened on its platform.

What it means is that last month, the domestic high-end singer 270 million bought the fashion brands maje and Sandro.

The founder Evelyne Ch trite and Judith Milgrom established two brands of Sandro and Claudie Pierlot in 1984, and created Maje brands in 1998.

KKR Group acquired SMCP group business in 2013.

At present, Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot brand clothing price is around 200 euros, and its minimalist design style and cost-effective have been deeply loved by the middle class in the Chinese market.

According to the fashion headline data, China's sales account for 12% of the group's total sales.
