This inefficiency will not only reduce the project success rate of your team and organization, but also threaten yourself.
We find that nothing is more pleasant and vigorous than making meaningful progress on matters that we care about.
We call this the principle of progress.
But there is another side to this principle of progress: nothing is more frustrating than the stagnation of work.

The most common reason for low is that time is divided into two parts: trying to balance conflicting and often unexpected time demands.
This is the case when you are crazy about your work every day but still feel inefficient.

If you are too late to complete the most important work, how can you remedy it?
1, set aside the time gap.
(20 minutes) if possible, delimit the rest of the day from the schedule to ensure that you have 20 minutes to avoid interruption and concentrate on that meaningful job.
If you can do that, you can set aside more time and better, but 20 minutes is enough to make the work efficiency change.
If it is not enough, then advance the meeting of 20 minutes or 20 minutes.

3, prepare for tomorrow's work.

When you have to stop the most important work and stop halfway, then stop, as long as you know how to finish the rest of the work.
In this way, you can get into work quickly in second days, even if you get only 20 minutes' gap in second days.
