According to the survey results, the overall satisfaction score of express service in 2015 was 74 points, which was 0.3 points higher than that in 2014.
The total satisfaction of express enterprises is: SF EXPRESS, postal EMS, Zhong Tong express, STO, Yuantong express, rhyme express, Baishi Huitong, home express, express daily express and Guo Tong express.
At the enterprise level, the EMS satisfaction of SF and SOEs is the highest, which is directly related to the mode of direct operation.
The current express business is generally divided into two modes: direct operation and franchise.
Domestic express companies are generally "grassroots" origin, early development of the franchise mode can speed up the expansion of the network, help enterprises quickly develop the market.
The franchise mode is very effective in the early stage of "horse race" in the industry.

But in the mode of joining, the service quality of each express franchiser is different, and the rate of consumer appeal is far higher than that of the direct model.
Data show that between 2013 and 2015, all courier companies with a complaint rate exceeding 30% were all franchisee models, while the courier companies in the same direct mode had no more than 5% complaints.
However, with the increase of practitioners' experience, joining express companies are also constantly improving their service quality.
The survey results show that in the receiving links, delivery links, after sales links, and the companies with better registered permanent residence tablets, all of them include Zhong Tong express, Baishi Huitong, STO, daily express and Zhong Tong express.
