To this end, five new ideas should be used to guide cultivation.

The new competitive edge of the international community should coordinate the two major international and domestic situations, maintain a new balance between China and foreign countries, actively participate in and improve global economic governance, handle the dilemma of RMB exchange rate and keep it well.

Comprehensive balance and "flexibility and moderation", we should speed up the implementation of the Asia Pacific Free Trade Area. In particular, we need to accelerate the "one belt and one way" strategy and make every effort to implement the international capacity pfer and cooperation of China's rich production capacity and equipment, and actively promote the replication of the successful experience of the Shanghai free trade area, in order to find new international cooperation new space for "capacity production, inventory and deleveraging", so as to achieve "quality improvement, efficiency enhancement" and sustainable development of foreign trade.
