The Internet financial headquarters enterprises (including regional headquarters) which pay more than 10 million of the registered capital and comply with the direction of the development of the Internet in the zone of peace, in addition to giving a one-time subsidy, shall grant one-time subsidies to the 5% of the actual fixed assets investment for the construction of self requisition land or the purchase of self occupied office space.
