Unlike Zhao Youyong and others, some businessmen in Dahongmen are still watching.

Lu Dawen, deputy director of the Dahongmen Office of functional relaxation, said that the government and related businesses had made a thorough investigation of the business situation of the local businesses: 1/3 were very profitable, 1/3 earned small money, and nearly 1/3 lost money.

According to the survey, the first part of the business has begun upgrading to cultural and creative, high-end design and other fields of clothing, home decoration, and many of the latter are planning to switch careers. The focus of migration is on the middle part of the merchants, with a total of more than 9000 households.

Government departments are stepping up communication with these merchants to provide more information and preferential policies for relocation, and plan to guide 3000 businesses to Beijing within the year.

The whole Dahongmen area has 45 clothing and apparel markets, involving 25 thousand stalls and 57 thousand employees.

Except for the two new markets that are in line with the plan, the rest of them will be upgraded or demolished and shut down. This huge project will be completed by 2018.

As merchants gradually move out, "in the future, Dahongmen will be pformed from clothing and textile wholesale and distribution centers to fashion oriented culture oriented functional areas."

Lu Dawen said that according to the current assumption, the regional environment will be greatly improved and the remaining villages will accelerate the pace of urbanization.

Three years later, between the three or four rings, the south central axis road and the red Arch Road area, a fashionable cultural exchange industrial belt will be gradually reborn, connecting the capital core area and the southern city hot spot.

More and more merchants are moving out of the geographical sense of Dahongmen to a new hot spot for entrepreneurship. At the same time, Beijing is also stepping out of Dahongmen, stepping out of the business model represented by that era and embarking on a new road of pformation and upgrading.
