Ghosn and Pouchot hope to make young women realize how important a professional mentor is to them, especially at the beginning of their career.

Ghosn and Pouchot recently conducted a research on Levo users, and found that 95% of them never asked for a mentor in their work, but 97% of them were willing to be mentors.
