According to "labor law", "labor contract law", "wage collective consultation and trial procedures" and relevant laws and regulations, the representatives of labor and management negotiated for several times on the wage standards of contract terms and job positions, and finally reached a consensus to determine the wages of 33 jobs. In June 19th, the contract was submitted to the workers' Congress for deliberation.
