The event was voluntarily registered by garment enterprises, and the quality supervision and inspection station of Beijing wool and silk fabrics was tested strictly in accordance with the national product quality standards and evaluation criteria for the promotion activities.

The project includes the physical and chemical indexes of garment appearance inspection, fiber composition content, formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine, shrinkage rate, pilling, color fastness and residual fat rate. Among them, 8 products are up to the standard of high quality products, and all the children's garments and down garments are all up to the standard of high quality products.

The main quality problems relate to fabric color fastness, seam crack, fabric composition and use instructions.

Changqing, chairman of the Beijing garment and textile industry association, pointed out at the meeting that in the face of the continuous improvement of consumers' requirements for product quality standards, the application of new materials, new processes, new technologies and the replacement of new and old staff all put forward higher requirements for the product quality of enterprises.

Shaanxi Xi'an Xianyang 13% gray cloth inspection failed

Shaanxi quality and Technology Supervision Bureau recently sampled the grey products produced by 7 enterprises in Xi'an and Xianyang, and sampled 23 batches of samples.

After examination, 20 batches of qualified samples were comprehensively determined.

Xianyang Huarun Textile Co., Ltd., Shaanxi New Union Textile Industry Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Xin Lian Textile Industrial Co., Ltd. 3 batches of samples of neps impurity defect rate is not up to standard, the failure rate is about 13%.

The spot checks are based on GB/T406-2008's "cotton colored cloth", GB/T5325-2009 "combed polyester blended fabric", FZ/T13012-2006 "combed polyester cotton blended fabric" and other related standards and the existing effective enterprise standards and product quality requirements.

The items such as lattice defect, breaking strength, density, width and fabric structure of the neps were tested.
