Ling Junxia is currently the director of the four spinning workshop of Jiangxi Huafu Textile Co., Ltd.

In the spinning workshop, life is irregular, today 8 hours, tomorrow is 12 o'clock at night.

When the work time is blocked, Ling Junxia is the "king of the whole house" in the workshop. When he coaches, he eats and lives in the factory, and the early, middle and late shifts are all around the workshop.

In the 7 years since she was the workshop director of the textile industry, the team led by her has completed 6189 orders annually, and the production plan has reached 106.4%, and the customer complaint rate is only 0.32%.

The customer complaint rate of the workshop was controlled less than 0.5% throughout the year, and it also created a good result of 5 months' complaints.

The wastage rate of personnel has been maintained at 2%, and the proportion of skilled workers has reached over 50%, which ensures normal production in the workshop.

The reuse intensity and the cotton consumption index are also within the controlled range, saving the material cost for the company by nearly several million yuan.
