In order to make the storefront attract more customers, Zhang Yi and his two friends joined in the hot summer day, from buying materials to painting walls.


During the preparation period, he and several classmates bought five or six pairs of shoes produced by different factories.

After coming back, he carefully observed the appearance, touched the texture with his hand, removed the shoes along the edge line with the knife, and observed the bottom plate of the shoe.

Finally, sew the thread well and wear it to compare and distinguish the good and bad of the material.

Through the way of "looking, touching, rowing and wearing", in less than a month, Zhang Yi became an expert in judging shoes. He could take a look at the new shoes in his hands to distinguish the quality of shoes.


The first time Zhang Yi came in, the sales manager of the factory felt that they were just beginning to fail to know the goods and gave them a number of substandard products that could be broken easily.

Without a word, he immediately contacted the sales manager to ask for the replacement of all the shoes.

On the first day of the establishment of the ant factory, Zhang Yi promised that the shoes sold in his shop had no reason to replace them in seven days, and the shoes were guaranteed for life.

Therefore, without deliberately making too much publicity, the ant factory got a good reputation, sales performance rose sharply, and gradually got on the track, but Zhang Yi was still not satisfied.


In the second half of this year, Zhang plans to upgrade the storefront decoration with his own graduation project to give customers a better consumption experience.

In addition, he plans to rent another shop to open a shoe store in the back street, because he is far away from the school and has less rent than the Xiang Zhang Yuan, so he can give students more preferential treatment.

So Zhang Yi decided to invite them to take part in the "ant factory".

From the beginning to now, the ant factory has recruited more than 20 college students to work part-time.
