Out of the downtown area of Changyi, more than ten kilometers along the lower road, the small textile factories on both sides of the road gradually grew up.

The driver of the driver's office told reporters that the horse had arrived.

This is a township characterized by the textile industry. There are more than 35 thousand people in the town, and more than 1/6 of the townspeople are engaged in the textile industry.

In 2011 alone, the textile industry contributed more than 900 million and 7 million profits tax.

Weaving tradition starts from the "floor room".

The textile industry of horse drinking has a long history.

According to records of drink horse town records, "four years of the Republic of China (AD 1915), Dai Jia Guan Zhuang Dai Hua bought a wooden frame iron piece weaving machine.

The Nissan "palace bird" and "Fukushima" brand cotton weave woven wide twist cloth are sold to Weicheng Mei Village.

At the same time, Huang Jia Guan Zhuang, Lu Jia Zhuang Zi and Hui Hui installed wooden frame iron man loom, weaving and twisting cloth.

This is the earliest record of the textile industry.

Before that, the soil weaving had spread throughout the whole town. "In those rich families, there was a small loom at home."

Wang Jiting, a 70 year old man, narrowed his eyes and recalled that because horse drinking is one of the most important cotton producing areas, almost every family has a spinning machine.

Yang Kuitao, a 58 year old grandfather, lived on textiles.

In his memory, grandpa often carries cloth burdens and travels far away to Laizhou to sell and sell cloth when he returns home.

Mr. Yang's father arrived in Qingdao when he was a teenager.

The apprentice in the factory learned a good skill and formed the first tablecloth factory in town.

The coarse cloth woven by the old weaving machine is thick and smooth, but the speed is very slow.

And weaving also requires warm and moist environment.

In his childhood memory, Wang Jiting built a "ground house" in the yard, that is, dig a big pit nearly two meters deep, form a roof with straw, and sit in it, weaving in winter, warm in summer and cool in summer.

Hand weaving is a very exhausting job, with hands flying and feet stepping on the pedal.

In a "ground room", it can accommodate five or six looms, and there are about two "houses" in a village. The tradition of weaving starts from this "land house".

Rise and fall as textile giant

In the narration of the old people, the cotton spinning and weaving industry has experienced ups and downs.

In 1934, the manpower and semi mechanized looms were quite common, and only one village of Guan Guan Zhuang was developed.

It was not until the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan that the recession began in 1937.

In 1948, the West Sea military region set up the "modest Thai" shop in Liuhe, and managed the processing of military cloth.

Production has been resumed.

A cloth (forty meters), processing fees 100 Jin sorghum, or a discount to pay Beihai coins.

At that time, hundreds of woven fabrics were woven in the town of Yin Ma, which contributed to the resumption of the development of rural production and support for the war of liberation.

In 1951, a weaving cooperative was established in Zai Li village.

Contract for Weifang flower gauze company cloth processing business.

More than 300 weaving machines in the town of Yin Ma made 120 thousand yuan for their woven fabrics.

In 1956, a horse and cotton weaving cooperative was established, which has the same nature and business as the early morning weaving cooperative.

In 1958, it was renamed "cooperative factory".

In 1960, it was closed due to shortage of raw materials.

When the time came to 1975, the old textile people, who were unwilling to be lonely, began a new round of exploration.

On the basis of the original "cotton weaving cooperative", in June 1975, a drinking horse tablecloth factory was set up in southeastern village of Yin Ma, with an annual output value of more than 100 yuan.

This is the most prosperous period in the history of the drink horse textile industry.

In the 80s of last century, when every couple was married, almost every household had to have a tablecloth and a blanket, and a large peony was printed on the pink tablecloth.

Almost 1/4 of these tablecloths come from the horse drawn tablecloth factory.

"At that time, there were only two tablecloth factories in Shandong, one in Qingdao and the other in the family.

At that time, Shandong was a major textile province.

Thinking about that year, Yang Kuitao's voice was somewhat proud.

In his family, he still has a photograph of his father who has won the award of saffron, which is the affirmation of his father's textile technology.

Yang Kuitao still has a tablecloth on his house, with a large peony on it. "Look at this material and craft."

He told reporters, however, with the development of the trend, tablecloth gradually withdrew from the stage of history.

"In that era, the weaving machine of a town in a horse's horse came to the sum of the five or six towns outside."

Wang Jiting recalled that not only is weaving, but printing and dyeing is second to none in Shandong.

Seeking new ways of characteristics in competition

Weaving factories, accessories factories, spinning mills...

The textile related enterprises can be seen everywhere in the circle of drinking horses.

"After decades of development, the textile industry has already formed a complete industrial chain," said Zhu Yunsheng, director of the Safety Supervision Institute of Yin Ma Town.

With the development of economy, more and more young people go out to work. Nearly 1/3 of the fields in the whole town are cotton fields, and almost all of them are wheat and corn.

Due to the lack of sewage treatment facilities, Wang Jiting's printing and dyeing plant was also closed in 2010.

And textile enterprises everywhere have sprung up, which has caused an impact on the textile industry.

"Technology is improving, and young people are returning home after they get home. They are very young, and they are not short of technology."

Wang Jiting has confidence in the inheritance of horse drinking textiles.

And how to break through, go out of its own characteristics, return to the status of that year, the road of the horse lovers textile still needs to be explored.
