ICAC: Global Cotton Consumption Decreased By &Nbsp, Due To Economic Growth Slump.
February 1 - the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) Secretariat released a monthly report on Wednesday that international cotton prices have stabilized, but consumption is down this year as the global economy slows down.
