The Quality Pass Rate Of Guangdong Casual Wear Products Is 76.4%.

Guangzhou quality and Technology Supervision Bureau has recently conducted supervision and spot checks on the quality of casual wear and denim products in the local production area.

The results showed that the pass rate of casual wear products was 76.4%, and that of jeans was 81.2%.

The 101 batch of cowboy clothing products involved in the survey involved 94 production enterprises.

Among the 18 enterprises, 19 batches of products did not meet the standard requirements.

Among them, the formaldehyde content of 4 batches of products exceeded the standard requirements, involving "Q family", "power era", "Godiran", "sweet bird" and other brands.

In addition, 6 batches of products failed to qualify for fiber components, and 17 batches of products failed to qualify.

A total of 199 batches of casual wear products produced by 122 enterprises were surveyed.

After inspection, 41 enterprises produced 47 batches of products which did not meet the standard requirements. "Montagut" trousers, "ANNZO AI zhe" dress, "Shunufang ladies square" dress, "kalflian" fit round neck short sleeved T-shirt and other famous brand clothing were detected quality problems.

Among them, 27 batches of products were not qualified.

The main performances are as follows: first, the actual fiber content is not consistent with the mark, such as the fiber content of the label is "cotton 100%", and the measured result is "polyester fiber 83.2%, viscose 16.8%"; two, the fiber content deviation is beyond the standard permitted range, for example, the fiber content of the label is "polyester fiber 65%, cotton 35%", and the measured result is "polyester fiber 82.7%, cotton 17.3%"; three, individual product fiber name is not standardized, such as marking the fiber components as "bamboo fiber", "Tencel fiber" and so on.

According to the analysis, the reason for the failure is that the enterprises do not attach enough importance to fiber content when purchasing fabrics, and do not take effective inspection measures to make clear the composition and content of fiber. Some enterprises do not understand the standard, which leads to incorrect marking. Some enterprises exist in order to gain profits by taking advantage of the false truth.

In addition, 22 batch of casual clothing products color fastness is not qualified, there are 12 batches of products are not qualified, and the pH value of individual batches of products is not qualified.
