Enterprises, banks and foreign exchange bureaus in non pilot areas still handle related businesses according to the provisions of the current trade credit registration administration.

The pilot area will suspend the use of the trade payment and payment verification system, the Internet inspection system for export collection and settlement, the China electronic port import payment system, and the on-line operation of the foreign trade monitoring system for cargo trade.

During the pilot period, banks should require enterprises to explain their list and classification for foreign exchange and payment business in different places, and handle them accordingly.

In the pilot area, the foreign exchange bureau divided the enterprises into three categories: A, B and C according to the compliance of foreign exchange and payment.

Among them, a class a enterprise simplifies its import payment documents, which can be directly handled by the bank on the basis of import documents, contracts or invoices and other documents that can prove the authenticity of the paction. There is no need for Internet checking to collect foreign exchange receipts; the procedures for checking and collecting the remittance of banks are simplified accordingly.

Strict supervision over B, C enterprises in the examination and approval of foreign exchange receipts and payments, business types and settlement methods.

Type B enterprises' foreign exchange receipts and payments are verified by electronic data by banks. The foreign exchange receipts and payments of C enterprises must be registered by foreign exchange bureaus after registration.
