At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of the brand foundry center and the industrial processing area of suits.

With the support of the provincial industrial cluster development policy, on the basis of relevant policies in Dalian, the garment industrial park will rent the standard plant enterprises within three years, and the land pfer fees paid by the enterprises will be used for the infrastructure construction of the enterprises. Awards and subsidies will be given according to the cost of land acquisition and the contribution to the local finance within three years.
