Pakistan'S First Textile And Garment City Seeks Manufacturers To Enter
Pakistan is located in the first textile city of karat, and is looking for manufacturers to enter.

MakhdoomShahabuddin, Federal Minister of Pakistan textile industry, said at the opening ceremony that the textile city is a benchmark.

ZaheerAHussain is the chief executive of Pakistan Textile City. He said he will start selling the land in the middle of July this year.
The textile city covers an area of 1250 acres, which is a joint industrial zone between the public and the private sector, attracting the focus of the textile and garment manufacturing industry.
The facilities include power plants, water supply, sewage treatment plants and natural gas, workers' dormitories, pportation systems and training institutions.
The textile town is located in the Qasim harbor area, about 25 miles away from karat.
Three countries were planned.
Textile City
This is one of them, and the other two are in Lahore (Lahore) and Faisalabad.
The plan is based on the 5 year textile strategy (2009-14) and hopes to increase exports of textiles and garments to US $25 billion in 2015.
