Malaysia'S Export Growth To China Has Declined.

Data released by the Malaysia National Bureau of statistics in July 5th showed that in May 2011, Malaysia's external

Total imports and exports amounted to US $33 billion 500 million, an increase of 5.5% compared with the same period last year, of which exports grew by 5.4% over the same period last year, and imports grew by 5.6% compared with the same period last year. The trade surplus was 2 billion 800 million US dollars, and the total import and export volume, export volume and import volume decreased by 2.8%, 4.7% and 0.4% respectively.

In May, Malaysia exported $2 billion 300 million to China, an increase of 10.4% over the same period, of which palm oil, rubber, electronics, crude oil and natural gas were the bulk products.

Exit

The increase is relatively large.

In May, China was Malaysia's largest exporter, and Singapore, Japan, the United States and Thailand listed second to five places.

In May, Malaysia imported $2 billion from China, down 0.1% from the same period last year. China is the largest importer in Malaysia. Singapore, Japan, the United States and Indonesia share second and fifth places. China's trade deficit with Malaysia is 300 million US dollars.

In 1~5 months, Malaysia exported $11 billion 700 million to China, an increase of 5.3% over the previous year, and imports of US $9 billion 300 million, down 16.3% from the same period last year. China is Malaysia's second largest trading partner and Singapore ranks first.
