According to the regulations on the administration of security services, the scope of this new type of security personnel clothing includes all kinds of security guards who have been recruited by various types of security service companies and organs, groups, enterprises and institutions all over the country, including property service enterprises.

Since July 2011, security guards in various parts of the country will be replaced gradually. It is expected that all security guards will be replaced by the end of 2012.
