Graduates Fled Northward Canton

A report on the 2010 half year employment of university graduates and three years of tracking the 2007 graduates has been released yesterday in 2011.

Like last year, law, English, computer and other professional embarrassment was selected as "red card warning for undergraduate employment in 2011"; employment of engineering majors such as geology, petroleum, mining and so on was green.

This year's employment report is the first time that 2007 graduates have been followed up for six months and three years later. The survey shows that 22.2% of the graduates who stayed in the "North Canton" employment department had left the "northward Canton" in the past two years.

Boys face greater pressure to live in the north.

In 2011, the blue book on employment, the employment report for Chinese University Students in 2011, was written by the max cook Institute. The results of a survey on the "northward Canton" were quite intriguing. 22.2% of the graduates who graduated from the "North Canton" University during the 2007 Graduation period fled 22.2% years later, and the boys were 7.2 percentage points higher than the girls (12.8%).

The so-called "Changan residence, is not easy", men obviously suffered from buying a house and other larger "North Canton" survival pressure.

The escape from the "northward Canton" is rather a bit of a sign of "flying flowers". After three years, the people who left the "North Canton" group earned 3081 yuan monthly income after six months of graduation. After three years of employment, their monthly income was 5620 yuan, up 2539 yuan, or 82%, and higher than that of 2007 graduates.

The monthly income of the graduates who have been staying in the "northward Canton" for six months is 3272 yuan, and the monthly income after three years is 6781 yuan, an increase of 3509 yuan, or more than 100%.

However, experts pointed out that the income of graduates who seemed to have stayed behind increased even more, but because of the higher price level of "North going wide", their actual purchasing power did not have obvious advantages.

Income doubled in three years of graduation

The blue book shows that the average monthly income of the 2007 university graduates is 5296 yuan after three years, while the monthly salary of the university graduates is 2483 yuan, or 2813 yuan, or 113%.

From a professional point of view, three years after the 2007 graduates, the highest monthly income of people engaged in Finance (banking / Fund / Securities / futures / Finance) was 7508 yuan, which increased by 4295 yuan compared with their monthly income (3213 yuan) for half a year, and the proportion of monthly income rose to 134%.

Two job hopping in three years

Statistics show that the average number of employers of the 2007 university graduates is two in three years.

In the interim, employers of environmental ecology and art graduates changed most frequently, with the average number of employers being 2.4. The average number of employers of geological and mining graduates was at least 1.4.

Their first job lasted for an average of 23 months, and nearly two adults had only worked for less than six months in the first job, and most of them took the initiative to quit because of insufficient personal development and low salary and benefits.

Experts warn that frequent turnover is not conducive to the future career development of graduates.

Data show that the 2007 undergraduate graduates have been working for 1 employers in the past three years, earning the highest monthly income of 5463 yuan.

The more employers worked in three years, the lower their monthly income; the lowest monthly income for graduates who worked for 5 or more employers was only 4624 yuan after three years.
