In the national standard GB/T15557 - 2008, the naming of trousers products in the terms of clothing is classified and defined. It is generally referred to as the lower garment, that is, it is worn on the lower part of the human body. clothing 。 According to the classification of clothing products, trousers are divided into two categories: skirt and trousers. Skirts include: dress, Qipao skirt, trumpet skirt, short skirt, pleated skirt, skirt, skirt, Western-style dress and so on. The trousers include 9 kinds: western trousers, Western shorts, Chinese trousers, straps, trousers, pants, trousers, skirt, jeans, bell bottoms, underwear, cotton trousers, down pants, shorts, rainpants, underwear, briefs, beach pants and so on. Only by correctly understanding and grasping the classification of the relevant products and the corresponding standard contents can we correctly identify and mark the products, ensure the quality of products and meet the normal consumption needs. The above 2 standards are mandatory and basic requirements. The latter 14 items are recommended standards. According to the provisions of China's "standardization law", manufacturers have the right to choose product standards, but once they are selected, they will be able to produce. enterprise It is mandatory and must be organized and sold according to the technical requirements of selected standards.
One of the general principles of product standards is to select products according to the products produced and processed by the enterprises. Two, when the standard (recommended) names are the same, the higher level departments of the validity period are promulgated. Three, no national standard or industry or local standards can be selected, the production enterprises should formulate enterprise standards and carry out them within the enterprise after the quality supervision department files them.
Judging from the quantity and type of existing standard of trousers, it can basically meet the needs of production enterprises. But how to choose correctly is difficult for some small businesses. If the choice is not accurate, it can not satisfy the normal use of consumers, but also may bring some losses to enterprises. Because there are differences in the technical indexes of different names. For example, there are 3-4 standards for jeans products. When choosing, we should consider the production process of the fabrics, the number of technical indicators set in the standard, the quality level of the finished products, and so on. It can be seen from the above table that trousers made of denim also do not seem to have special requirements on the choice of product standards, but the results of their tests are quite different. Judging from the scope of application of the standard, a trouser suit made of traditional woven ordinary denim can choose standard tests of FZ/T81006 - 2007 denim clothing, or FZ/T81007 - 2003 standard for "single and clip garments". But the FZ/T81007 - 2003 "single and clip garment" standard has the assessment of dry cleaning color fastness and fuzzing pilling index, while the denim fabric yarn is generally about 10 ring spinning, and the twist is small. After rubbing the pilling brush, the surface of the denim fabric is easy to whiten and fuzz. According to the standard, the product quality is likely to be unqualified. For the enterprise, this is the direct economic loss caused by the wrong choice of the standard code.
In addition, by analyzing the FZ/T81007 - 2003 "single and clipped garments" found that the standard does not clearly explain the exact meaning of "single or clipped garments", in the GB/T15557 2008 "clothing terminology" standard, there is no "single, clothing" legal name. This brings inconvenience to the selection standard of production enterprises. It is hoped that the standard units will attach importance to the revision in the future and make it easier for enterprises to choose and execute them. {page_break}
Two proposal
In recent years, the garment production and processing industry in Liaoning has developed to some extent, and there are about 800 enterprises above designated size. Concentrated in Shenyang, Dalian, Yingkou, Dandong, Anshan and other places, more than 80% of them are export processing enterprises. By analyzing the results of supervision and spot checks conducted for two consecutive years, it can be found that the quality problems of trousers products mainly focus on three technical indicators, such as identification, color fastness and pH value. Among them, fiber content and logo do not match up to about 50%~60% of the total sample, and the unqualified rate of color fastness index is 10%~15%; and pH value and other safety performance indexes fail to pass rate between 4%~15%.
This phenomenon is mainly due to the lack of strong legal sense and low quality awareness of production enterprises. Therefore, there is a phenomenon of random labeling of ingredients content and pH value exceeding the standard caused by deliberately reducing production processes. It is suggested that all levels of quality supervision, industry authorities, inspection bodies and joint management should be coordinated. On the one hand, we should strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations such as the product quality law and the consumer rights protection act. On the other hand, we should increase the frequency of supervision and spot check and improve the rectification measures to provide consumers with a safe and secure market environment.
