Among them, 26 kinds of infant clothing (category A) products, 23 qualified, 88.5% pass rate, 79 kinds of children's clothing (category B and C), 68 qualified, 86.1% pass rate.

From 6 years of supervision and spot checks, the qualified level of children's clothing products produced by domestic enterprises has been steadily improved. The passing rate of product sampling has increased by about 25 percentage points over the past 6 years, and has remained between 86.7% and 89.5% in the past 3 years. Among them, the quality of continuous inspection of large enterprises is better. In the main quality items, the control of the decomposable aromatic amine dye detection items is prohibited, and the buttons and tensile strength inspection items of infant clothing are not detected.

Combined with the development status of the industry and the quality demand of consumers, this sampling inspection highlights the basic safety items and important wear performance according to the relevant national standards and product quality requirements. The banned aromatic dyes, formaldehyde content, pH value, sweat resistance, water resistance, friction resistance, saliva resistance, sewing strength (buttons, clothing belts) and fabrics are mainly checked. There are 9 items of fiber ingredients. Among them, two items of saliva color fastness and sewing strength were examined for infant clothing.

Spot checks showed that the children's clothing produced by 9 large and medium-sized enterprises met the standards, and some of the 14 small and medium products were not up to standard. The main quality problems in the inspection of substandard products are: the formaldehyde content of 1 kinds of woven frock and 1 kinds of children's trousers is more than the standard limit value, 5 items of children's clothing pH value items are not qualified, and the fabric content of 10 kinds of products (or linings) is inconsistent with the express logo. From this we can see that the quality problems of some small enterprises are still obvious, and fiber content is more prominent.

It is reported that the formaldehyde content of clothing products is over standard, which may be caused by poor quality non environmental finishing agents. The main reason for pH exceeding the standard is that there is no adequate rinse or acid base control after printing and dyeing. In addition, the problem of unqualified fiber content is mainly manifested in the fact that the nominal fiber composition is not in conformity with the actual situation, and the measured value of fiber content exceeds the allowable difference of nominal content in two aspects.

It is noteworthy that this time, 16 samples of unqualified production enterprises in 2010 were tracked and spot checks were conducted, and 6 enterprises were no longer produced. Among the 10 enterprises tracked and checked, 9 enterprises were eligible for spot checks, and 1 enterprises failed two consecutive times.

In the light of the state supervision and spot checks for 6 years and the local supervision and inspection of children's clothing production areas in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian, the AQSIQ held the quality analysis meeting, analyzed the current quality of children's and infant clothing products industry, summarized the quality problems existing in the inspection, and put forward clear quality requirements and technical improvements. Law. In particular, the specific requirements for rectification were put forward at the meeting of unqualified enterprises in the state supervision and spot check.
