90% Workplace People Encounter "Empty Window Period"

"Every time the interviewer asks me from graduation to the present,

Hebei's search engine recently launched the workplace survey, "have you seen any vacant time in the workplace?" the survey showed that nine adults had encountered workplace windows.

When asked whether there was a problem of "empty window period" in the workplace, 93.02% said it had experienced this special stage.

Since so many people have gone through the "empty window period", what do they think of the "empty window period"? The survey results show that 36.97% of people think that at this stage will willpower and laziness, 26.05% people think that encountering workplace windows is normal, people will encounter it; 21.85% think it is a blessing in disguise, this stage can also give people more thinking and leisure space; and another 11.76% think that encountering "window period" indicates that career planning is wrong.

Hebei Xinke group, director of human resources department, said that enterprises especially pay attention to the job waiting stage of job seekers, and how to handle and spend the job seekers at this stage, through which employers can make a judgement on job seekers.

Expert view "empty window period" do not make false "fill up"

Nine, adults encounter workplace "empty window period", and enterprises are so sensitive.

How did the job seeker skillfully answer this difficult question during the interview? The reporter interviewed Guo Bin, a teacher of the employment guidance center of Shijiazhuang Railway Institute, and a senior registered human resource teacher. He suggested that job seekers should not make fraudulent filling up the "empty window period", because waiting is also an option, and the harvest during the waiting period is not necessarily less than that of the harvest.

And lies are easy to see through. Lying can't be seen, but it's not hard for job seekers to say it is impossible.

Guo Bin pointed out that sometimes "window period" is beneficial to the career development of job seekers.

He gave reporters two examples, one is his alumni, now is the chairman of a company.

The other is his friend.

"Alumni" talked about his "empty window period" two times during his last lecture at Shijiazhuang Railway Institute. When he was in the limelight, he suddenly stopped, completely relaxed and resigned.

Another is his friend. His friend is very grateful to the experience of "empty window period". Those experiences made him understand that work is an opportunity and a gift from heaven. He cherished his work and worked harder.

"Like Zen meditation, that experience will give us a lot of thought, so that we can face life and work with a more positive attitude."
