Among them, the first phase of the project is "the source of history", and the construction land is 42 thousand square meters, which is divided into historical and cultural areas and quiet leisure areas, including features historical relief landscape wall, looking for Fang Bai Cao Yuan, Huanglong Gujing, Huanglong Pavilion, Chenxi square and other attractions.

It is reported that the total investment of the first phase project is 9 million 996 thousand yuan, and is expected to be completed in mid April 2011.
