(1) rights and obligations

1. both sides recognize each other as their strategic partners and are connected to each other's websites.

2. Party A and Party B authorize the partners to reprint the relevant information on their website on their Internet website. The information will be referenced by the two parties for consultation.

3. when both parties of the two parties reprint the information of their partners in each other's Internet stations, they should specify "the information is provided by XXX (partner website)" and establish links.

4. Party A and B must respect the copyright and ownership of the partners' website information. Without the consent of the partners, the other party shall not compile any information on their website, nor shall they publish information from the partners' websites outside their websites, otherwise, they will constitute infringement.

The infringed party has the right to terminate unilaterally.

(two) mutual promotion

1. both parties should track the marketing plan and related marketing activities of partners.

2. within the appropriate time agreed by both parties, the two sides have opened a column on each other's website to write and publicize the topics related to the other side's commercial activities (a specific cooperation project is signed separately). 3. both parties have helped and publicized each other in various seminars on INTERNET topics and financial, financial and other industries, and jointly promoted the brand of both sides.

4. the two sides can further explore other ways of deep cooperation.

(three) others

1. the cooperation between Party A and B is not exclusive. Both sides can cooperate with other partners when they cooperate.

2. the validity period of this agreement is years. From the date of the month to the date of the year, the time limit for the implementation of the cooperation plan is agreed upon.

3. if any Party A or B terminates the agreement ahead of time, it will need to notify the other party one month ahead of time. If one party terminates the agreement without authorization, the other party will retain the right to breach the liability for breach of contract.

4. this agreement is made in two copies. Each party holds one copy and has the same legal effect.

5. this agreement is a framework agreement for cooperation. Specific matters in the cooperation project need to be further clarified in the formal contract.

The framework agreement and the formal cooperation contract constitute an indivisible whole as a legal document for the cooperation between Party A and Party B.

6. when the agreement expires, the two parties shall give priority to cooperation with the other party.

7. the cooperation between the two sides is mutually beneficial. All contents and services are free.
