Mobilization Management

4, the personnel department statistics the resignation staff attendance, calculates the salary which should receive, handles the social insurance change.
5, employees go to the finance department to process relevant procedures and receive salaries.
6, the personnel department will file the relevant documents such as "checklist for departure procedures" for reference, and carry out the replacement of employee information.
Dismissal management
1. When the Department dismisses employees, the resignation application form is submitted to the personnel department by a direct superior, and is approved by the president after examination.
2, the personnel department notifies the employee himself one month in advance and sends out the notice of resignation to the employee.
3, the employee should handle the pfer procedures and property clearance procedures before leaving the company; the employee will go through the relevant procedures on the appointed date to the finance department, and receive salaries and leave compensation.
4, if employees are unreasonable and entangled in leadership and affect the normal production and working order of the company, the company will draw the public security departments to handle the relevant provisions in accordance with the regulations on penalties for public security administration.
5. After dismissing employees, the personnel department should file relevant information for reference in time and carry out the replacement of employee information.
