After the completion of the platform, 50% of the amount of the subsidy will be appropriated, and the rest will be operated normally after the evaluation is carried out.

2, encourage enterprises to cooperate with the public technology service platform, and subsidize the cost of product design or R & D services incurred by the cooperation between enterprises above the designated size and the public technology service platform, and 20% of the actual payment will be subsidized, and the maximum annual subsidy will not exceed 50 thousand yuan per year.

Two is to encourage enterprises to enhance R & D design capabilities.

1, encourage home textile enterprises to introduce and train excellent design talents, set up enterprise design studio, and give a one-time reward of 20 thousand yuan to every enterprise selected by the China Textile Association excellent design studio.

2, we encourage the famous designers in home textiles and clothing industry to set up institutions specializing in the design and development business in our district. For awarding the designers who have won awards in the famous international home textile, costume design competition or national industry association, the designers in the industry have registered and paid taxes for more than one year in our district. Over 5 employees (including) or more than 100 square meters of site area have been awarded a one-time reward of up to 200 thousand yuan after passing the appraisal and combining their local financial contribution.

Three is to strengthen the construction of enterprise talent team.

1, encourage industry associations to take the lead in organizing all kinds of training activities, and arrange a certain amount of funds for training and communication in product development, marketing strategy, business model innovation, human resource management and cost management every year.

2, encourage enterprises to organize employees to participate in professional skills (skills) training (excluding education and degree education), according to the actual enterprise pay 30% of the training fee to be subsidized, the maximum amount of subsidy per household is not more than 50 thousand yuan per year.

Four is to support enterprises to expand the market.

1. The establishment of a sales (exhibition) base of 2000 square meters (including) and more than 1000 square meters (including) in the domestic market, which is organized by the district level industry associations, and the rental area of Yuhang textile and garment enterprises is more than 60%. The first three years will be granted a certain rent subsidy. The subsidy standards are: 100 yuan / square meter in the first year, 70 yuan / square meter in second years, 50 yuan / square meter in third years, and the maximum annual subsidy amount of each sales base is not more than 1 million yuan.

In the first three years, the 50%, 35%, and 25% subsidies for the real sales rent were granted to the enterprises who had entered the sales (exhibition) base, and the maximum annual subsidy was not more than 50 thousand yuan per household.

At the same time, it is required that the sales (exhibition) base be unified to carry out the regional brand publicity of Yuhang home textiles and clothing, and the cost of its image exhibition will be given a one-time subsidy based on 70% of its actual payment amount, with the maximum amount of subsidy less than 500 thousand yuan.

2, support enterprises to establish their own brand products stores, counters and chain stores (to be registered for more than a year), according to their size, brand, sales and other comprehensive evaluation, ranking the top five in the region (home textiles, clothing ranking respectively), giving each year 50 thousand yuan reward.

3, support enterprises to carry out e-commerce, specifically according to the "financial support opinions on promoting the development of e-commerce in Yuhang district" (Yu Government Office [2010] 232).
