Recently, in the two two session of the Shanghai Jinshan District textile and garment industry, the new round of collective contracts in the industry completed the deliberation and signing work.

On the basis of the 3 special agreements of the original labor quota, safety production and the protection of the rights and interests of women workers, the newly signed collective contracts have increased two special agreements on joint employment and employment and vocational skills training, and further protected the employment rights and development rights of workers, especially migrant workers.

After deliberation, the new collective contract was approved by 5 special agreements.

Under the co chairing and witnessing of the higher level trade union, the Jinshan District Federation of trade unions and the Shanghai textile Union, Li Yu Chao, chairman of the Federation of trade unions representing more than 40 thousand employees in the industry, signed the contract with Gao Hualin, the president of the guild representing the enterprises.

Behind Gao Hualin is trust entrustment confirmed by the joint seal of 120 business administration and trade unions, 110 of which are signed by business operators.

The Federation of trade unions and trade associations jointly formulated a "contract three agreement" with the labor quota of labor hour as the core content, determined a more reasonable labor quota and relatively unified wages, bonuses and benefits, which not only effectively safeguarded the rights and interests of workers, but also changed the disorderly flow of workers in one fell swoop and promoted the steady development of enterprises.

In the wake of the international financial crisis, "a contract of three agreements" has played the role of fixing the sea spirit needle.

In the "joint agreement action", the enterprise conscientiously fulfills "a contract three agreements", always chooses to stand together with the workers and work together to tide over the difficulties.

After the crisis, when there was "labor shortage" in some places, there was always "thrive".

According to Wang Shuiguan, chairman of the Shanghai textile Union, the new collective contract has deepened and perfected the original contract contents, such as the guiding standard of labor quota for working hours, extended from the original 4 basic styles and the 211 production processes to the 7 basic styles and 506 production processes, laying a solid foundation for effective wage collective negotiation.

In addition, India (the largest importer of cotton in China) has suspended cotton exports for nearly a month since April 19th, prompting global cotton supply to become more intense.
