Shunde District Textile Co., Ltd. and Li Dongping, associate professor of clothing at Donghua University, has developed a pearl fiber denim fabric and has been put on the market.

On the basis of retaining and optimizing cowboy style, the fabric has added the pearl fiber to increase the skin care function of the garment.


After testing by the State Quality Supervision Department, the far infrared emissivity of Pearl denim fabrics is more than 0.84, up to 0.9, while the far-infrared emissivity of ordinary fabrics is generally less than 0.78. The ultraviolet protection coefficient (UPF) of fabrics can reach 35-50, while the UPF value of ordinary fabrics is between 15-17.

In other words, the clothing made of pearl fiber fabric has far infrared thermal insulation function and ultraviolet protection function.


In addition, the pearl fiber fabric is worn on the body.
