Reporter: could you tell me about the general situation of your company, Chang Zong?


Chang Jinqiang: all right. Furwin fur Co., Ltd. was formally established in 2004. It is located in the fur Industrial Park of Daying Town. It covers an area of 16 mu. It has 4 full-time fur clothing designers, 7 senior technicians and 80 skilled workers. Our company's main product is mink fur clothing, and produces 12 thousand kinds of mink garments annually.


Reporter: what area do you sell your products to?


Chang Jinqiang: our company has developed through the foreign trade business of fur clothing. Our products have entered the Russian market in the past 03 years. The largest camp is one of the earliest companies to manufacture fur trade, and also the first batch of enterprises to enter the large fur Industrial Park. About 70% of our mink garments are sold to Russia, a large mink clothing store in Moscow. In addition, some products are sold to Japan, Korea and the European and American markets by OEM.


Reporter: when did you start making fur clothing for domestic sale?


Chang Jinqiang: in fact, we have been doing the domestic sales business, but before, it was mainly domestic customers. Order Production procurement, we did not directly invest in the market with our own brand. Since the 08 year, the company has gradually spanferred to the domestic market while stabilizing its foreign trade business. Especially after 09 years of Russian government's closure of the Chinese market, the risk of foreign trade operation is huge under the situation of uncertain trade between China and Russia. At the same time, in recent years, I also feel the great potential of China in fur clothing market. Once the Chinese people start to fashion fur clothing, the market demand will be amazing. We registered the "FINARTSFUR" fur brand and invited the famous designers in Hongkong to make efforts to build the brand in the domestic market.


At this stage, we should adhere to the two development paths of brand and OEM in the domestic market. On the one hand, we should spare no efforts to promote the "FINARTSFUR" brand, expand brand agencies and set up image stores in high-end shopping malls in Beijing, Tianjin, Harbin and Shenyang. On the other hand, we should give full play to the advantages of technology and production capacity, and actively seek to gradually increase the share of domestic sales for the famous winter clothing brands such as Pei Luo, Yalu and so on.

Chang Jinqiang: personally, I am very optimistic about the development prospect of China's Tai camp international fur city. At the end of last year, when I invested in fur city, I found the investment department at the first time and quickly got more than 100 square meters of shops. It should be said that flagship shops like me are few on the first floor of fur city. My view is so firm because China's Tai Ying fur city has an unparalleled advantage in the fur clothing market. First of all, it is a fur clothing wholesale base and source market at the national level. Relying on the largest fur production and processing base in Daying Town, the raw material cost, design cost, human resources cost and logistics cost are relatively low, which has obvious price advantage. Secondly, Daying Town is recognized as the birthplace of fur in the world, and its reputation is outside. In addition, the mall has invested a lot of money in marketing. The wholesalers and agents of the major fur clothing market in China even have many terminal consumers, who are in the form of wholesale, representative, retail and other diversified sales channels. Our flagship store in fur city will become a sales promotion center for the company's products, and will also become the best promotional position for the fur and FINARTSFUR brand.
