Linshu County Industrial and commercial department was informed that since this year, the county has carried out centralized regulation activities aiming at the phenomenon of "brand name" phenomenon, which endangering the interests of enterprises and consumers. Up to now, 17 cases of "near brand" have been investigated and dealt with, 3 of which have great impact, involving 780 thousand yuan.


It is reported that the phenomenon of "near brand" often occurs in food, clothing, household appliances and other commodities. In response to such misleading deception and unfair competition, Linshu County Commerce and industry departments listed food, clothing, household appliances and other commodities as key regulatory objects, and designated some supermarkets, exclusive stores and shopping malls as key regulatory areas.

When the "brand name" products found in the sale were investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law, Linshu County traced the source of the "brand name" products, and jointly launched the special law enforcement action with the "local brand" production department.

We should timely expose typical cases and social impact cases through various channels, and effectively curb the spread of "brand name" products in circulation.

At the same time, the county also increased the integrity education of businesses, strengthened lawful operation and standardized management consciousness, patiently advised sales of "near name brand" products merchants, encouraged them to actively report shipments, and cooperate with law enforcement actions.

In view of the fact that consumers do not have a strong sense of discrimination, the industry and Commerce Bureau of the county has launched a publicity campaign to identify counterfeiting and counterfeiting so as to enhance consumers' awareness of rights protection and identify the ability of counterfeiting famous brands.


Since the implementation of the centralized regulation activities, the Linshu industrial and commercial bureau has dispatched more than 180 personnel, checked 289 household appliances, fertilizers, beer and so on, and investigated and dealt with 17 cases, and seized 145 brand-name products, such as infringing solar energy, counterfeiting "silver wheat" beer, and confiscated 16 trademarks of invaded trademarks.
