After returning, his mind sprouted an idea to open a shoe shop.

Ever since he had the idea of starting a shop, he had to observe the work pattern of shoeshine people every day whenever he had time to spare. He was the first group to collect the details of the gold (1213, -0.40, -0.03%).


Shoeshine is a comparatively low work in many people's eyes. When parents listened to his idea, their faces were all green. After reading a few years of University, how could they think of doing this?

Before long, he left his original job and studied at home for a week. He produced a detailed plan of cooperation and marked out some high-grade places to go on the map, and began to look for partners.

In March 17, 1998, he sold the pager, and put up a set of shoe polishing tools, standing on the edge of Tai Sheng Nan Road, shouting loudly: "shoeshine, 5 yuan a pair!"


At that time, the people who were watching around were thinking that their ears were wrong. The shoe market on the street was 1 yuan.

Whenever someone asks the price, Yang Gang repeats it very clearly and declares that he will not wear cheap shoes.


Perhaps his sale was very special, and finally attracted a more than 50 year old gentleman, who was also Yang Gang's first guest. He wanted to wipe out the 800 yuan "old man's head" on his feet.

Yang Gang said nothing. After wearing cotton gloves, he set out a row of soft and hard shoes brushes and began to work.


After half an hour, he finished cleaning his shoes. The gentleman looked at the shoes carefully, and then touched 10 yuan and handed it to him: "boy, your work is worth 10 yuan!"


On the first day, the income was 85 yuan, much better than expected.

The 10 yuan allowed Yang Gang to see the hope of starting a business.

After a while, he continued to search for partners by shoeshine in the street.

Although it was rejected at the beginning, Yang Gang never discouraged.

After a week in a row, the manager of a high-grade teahouse finally agreed to see him.


The manager turned over Yang Gang's plan carelessly and said, "boy, believe me, you are traveling all over Chengdu, and no manager will cooperate with you."

But soon, Yang Gang's high grade shoes in the high-end teahouse were sought after by many wealthy people.

The guests who had enjoyed Yang Gang's service praised him: "I am afraid that my valuable shoes are ruined by the shoemaker on the roadside."

In the first month, Yang Gang made two thousand or three thousand yuan.

Then, more and more high-end sites actively seek cooperation with Yang Gang.


Over the past 6 years, the number of profits has been rising. Yang Gang successfully completed the first 5 year plan: to buy a house in Chengdu.

Then he ran towards the second five year plan of life: expanding the scale of star chains.

It was not long before Yang Gang received calls from Zhejiang, Fujian and Sichuan every day.
