The "three level maintenance system" for sewing equipment is an effective way to rely on everyone, give full play to the enthusiasm of the staff, carry out scientific management, and do well in maintenance and repair of equipment.

1. daily maintenance

The routine maintenance of sewing equipment is carried out by the operator. The general equipment is used to check the equipment carefully before class or 5~10 minutes after class. The key equipment is carefully checked by 10~15 minutes before class or after class.

It is also required to wipe all parts of the machine and add lubricating oil so that the equipment is kept neat, tidy, lubricated and safe.

The equipment in the class is out of order and eliminated in time.

The machine needs one level of maintenance for one month (one shift).

The first level maintenance is performed by the operator, and the machine maintenance worker guidance is carried out. Local dismantling and checking of the required parts are carried out according to the requirements, dredging the oil and pipeline, clearing the oil line, linoleum and oil filter, adjusting the positioning of each part of the equipment, matching the clearance, fastening the loosening screws.

Two levels of maintenance, except for the first-rate maintenance, is responsible for the maintenance of the maintenance worker. Once every other year, the equipment is partially disassembled for inspection and repair, replacement or repair of worn parts, cleaning, oil change, inspection and repair of electrical parts, local recovery accuracy, to meet the normal requirements of the machine.
