The Thirteenth Sea Fair Attracts Global Buyers
In from April 18th to 21st, the Quanzhou commodity fair and the thirteenth cross strait textile and Garment Fair 2010 leisure wear Fair (short for: Haibo) was successfully held in Fujian, a famous Chinese leisure clothing city. Customers from ASEAN, Middle East, Europe and America and other countries and regions, as well as international buyers from more than 60 countries and regions such as Mauritius, Madagascar, Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka, have come to purchase, negotiate and observe.
Three aspects to enhance "Shishi advantage"
In recent years, with the completion of a large number of "large scale" textile and chemical fiber projects such as Huilong chemical fiber, Longcheng textile, and the 500 thousand spun yarn of "Jishi", Shishi's textile and garment industry chain has already covered various fields such as chemical fiber, textile, bleaching and dyeing, garment processing and production, accessories production, marketing and so on, and has formed a market of Shishi cloth covering the whole East China and even the whole country. There are a number of famous clothing brands such as wild leopard, Hadley, bin Nu, CABBEEN, and so on. Nowadays, there are more than 7000 garment enterprises, more than 1000 textile enterprises, more than 100 dyeing and finishing enterprises, and more than 1000 accessories enterprises.
According to the evaluation information from the industry, Shishi accounted for more than 50% of all kinds of leisure fabrics in the country. The market share of excipients in the whole country is nearly 40%, of which the hardware accessories occupy the absolute dominant position in the whole country, accounting for 90% of the similar products in the national market.
Huang Nankang, mayor of Shishi, said that the upgrading of the costume industry chain "Shishi advantage" mainly benefited from 3 aspects. The first is the improvement of the industrial supporting system, the matching of infrastructure, production, entrepreneurial environment and living environment. Two, we should attach importance to attracting investment from upstream and downstream industries, and promote enterprises to take root in the local market. Three, we should give play to the role of local governments in guiding and planning in the appropriate stage of development. "In the future, the focus of the development of Shishi textile and garment industry is to fully integrate the upstream and downstream industrial resources, expand wider and deeper market space, and promote the development of Shishi to become an international strong textile and garment market by expanding the influence of regional brands." Huang Nankang said.
Cross strait industry docking to become the biggest attraction
The exhibition has been actively responded by the Taiwan industry and Taiwan Textile Development Association. The Taiwan textile and Trade Association, the Taiwan Knitting Industry Association, the Taiwan garment industry association and other associations of industrial associations have participated in the exhibition. The exhibition area is 5680 square meters, which is equivalent to 630 international standard booths, accounting for about 1/4 of the main exhibition area.
Ye Yixiong, head of the Taiwan exhibition exhibition group, told reporters: "Shishi is a famous leisure and clothing city renowned at home and abroad. Relying on the characteristics of textile and garment industry, location advantage, Taiwan international market network and high technology R & D capability, the two sides have held the Expo through many years of cooperation, giving full play to the unique geopolitical, human and blood superiority of cross-strait economic and trade exchanges, which has greatly deepened mutual understanding and cultural, economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, and achieved remarkable results of win-win cooperation."
The scale and investment of the exhibition are all high.
The exhibition area of this year's Expo is 45 thousand square meters, an increase of 30 thousand square meters over the previous session. The number of exhibitions is 2500, an increase of 400 over the previous session, attracting more than 5000 businessmen from home and abroad to participate in the exhibition.
The scale and investment of this Expo are all new highs, which fully demonstrates the Hercynian effect and the brand effect and influence of the Expo. According to statistics, the 4 day exhibition of the Haibo fair reached a total turnover of 7 billion 813 million yuan, an increase of 16.58% over the previous session. On the opening day, 12 investment contracts were signed on site, with a total investment of 15 billion 200 million yuan, including 4 foreign investment projects and 2 billion 600 million yuan (RMB) invested.
