The second wave of the development of China's garment industry is different from the development of extensive, energy consuming and expansive type in the first 30 years.

At present, Xunxian County is starting from the supporting resources, investment environment and other aspects of the industry chain.

Abundant labor resources and low cost are the advantages of most industrial pfer sites, and Xunxian County is no exception.

Xunxian County has more than 150 thousand surplus labor force over the past year. Compared with the coastal areas, the remuneration of workers is low, and less than 1000 yuan per month can be employed to produce workers.

In many western textile and garment industries, the shortage of skilled workers and the shortage of senior technicians is a serious problem, causing some enterprises to fall into the dilemma of having orders and no skilled workers.

There are more than 10 clothing technology schools in Xunxian County, and about 2000 trainees are trained annually, most of them are exported to the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and other places.

At present, these skilled workers can come back to the local enterprises in coastal areas and provide a large number of skilled workers for the garment industry.

It is worth mentioning that the relevant responsible person in Xunxian County said that in order to better develop the garment industry and undertake industrial pfer in coastal areas, Xunxian County plans to build 2 square kilometers of garment industrial park in the Li Yang Industrial Agglomeration Area in the northern part of the county.

It is reported that the Li Yang Industrial agglomeration area is one of the first industrial clusters in Henan Province, with a planned area of 9 square kilometers and a built-up area of 4 square kilometers.

54 enterprises have been invested, with a total investment of 2 billion 820 million yuan. They have formed food processing industrial clusters and bio pharmaceutical industrial clusters.

Garment industry has begun to take shape, and enterprises like AI Fei dream and YADU apparel have been stationed.

Xunxian County will take advantage of the favorable conditions to undertake coastal industrial pfer, with the production of medium class garments as the main driving force for the development of other related industries, and strive to become an important garment industry base in Henan province within five years.

To give full play to the advantages of Xunxian County, the county Party committee and the county government have launched the "double eleven" plan, and strive to introduce a large garment enterprise group in the year to drive ten related supporting projects and gradually expand the Xunxian County textile and garment industry.
