 配方一 JQ-1胶

Three phenyl methane three ISO rubber ester 20 chlorobenzene 80

0.3mpa/140 C /0.5h, greater than 4mpa. metal bonding with steel, leather, steel / rubber fabric or plastic.

  配方二  JQ-2胶

2.4-TDI 100 24# polyester 100 400# cement 25 acetone 100

0.2mpa/150 C /4h. 1.5MPa is greater than 1.5MPa, and the temperature is above 105.

  配方三  JQ-3胶

Poly (adipate) 1 TDI 1.13

At room temperature of 24h/120, for several minutes, peel strength (PVC artificial ratio) is 56-116, which is used for adhesive bonding of leather.

Formula four 101 glue

Group A: hydroxy benzene linear ester acetone solution 100 group B: polyester modified TDI ethyl ester liquid 10-50

Shear strength at 0.05mpa/20, 120h or 100 /2h

At steel FRP hard PVC leather

6.5-8 5.0-6.0 6.0-7.5 5.5-7.0 >40

The bonding of metal, plastic, leather, rubber and sponge.

Formula five SO-1 glue

Sesame oil polyester 100 pa. TDI prepolymer 80

At 20 /48h, 8Mpa is greater than PS, and PS is greater than that of 5m.

Formula six leather adhesive

      TDI与预聚体醋酸乙酯液 0.5kg/cm2/20℃/48h.(用于皮革,海绵,泡沫塑料等的粘接)牛皮断裂(剥离强度)

  配方七  A2-1胶

Formula eight panda 404 gel

Group A: sesame oil modified polyester 100

Group B: prepolymer 70-100

  配方九 熊猫7.7胶

20 degree /48h, =7.1mpa, =4.9mpa peel strength (=4.9mpa, =25-80M/cm), which is the same as the ring fluorine prepolymer with isocyanate benzene at the end.

   配方十 J-38胶

Group A: JQ-1 glue 100 group B: pairs of nitrosbenzene -N, N- xylene aniline 10

At 20 /48h, the rubber was broken at -60 C, 20 C and 160 C by 10-6MMHG proton and electron radiation. It was bonded to metal and rubber.

Formula eleven panda 202 gel

A: two phenyl methane diisocyanate 15-20 B: Neoprene solution 100 (including ENO:MGO: =5:44:2)

At 20 /24h, peel strength (stainless steel / rubber) is greater than 50N/cm.

 

  配方十二 超低温胶1#

Three hydroxyl polyether prepolymer 100 3,3 "one or two chlorine -4.4" one or two amino two benzene methane 20

100 /4h, =12mpa., -196, =25mpa and low temperature parts.

 

  配方十三 超低温胶2#

616# epoxy prepolymer 100 3,3 "one or two chloro -4,4" one or two amino two benzyl methane 20

Formula fourteen modified polyurethane 2# adhesive

Modified sesame oil TDI 20 polyether (N2O4) modified TDI 50 N220 modified TDI 30 quicklime 60 glycerol 10

20 /24h. =5-7.0mpa, used for oil drum repair.
