Singleton Is Not Conducive To Workplace Development

The Chinese Elite website has conducted a survey of nearly 2300 enterprises and staff members in the whole country on the issue of "workplace unmarried". Nearly 40% of respondents believe that "older unmarried staff do more harm than good to HR management of enterprises".

Expert analysis points out that older unmarried people can cause employees' sense of loss, plaguing their employees with no intention of working hard or even leaving the company.

Managers should try their best to help employees away from the sense of loss. Single men and women should not go single to the end.

The survey showed that 58.4% of the respondents believed that the main reasons for their unmarried career were "small living and less opportunity"; the proportion of "busy work, no time to talk to friends" was 16.9%; the proportion of "celibacy" was only 4.1%, and the rest 20.6% thought it was "economic pressure".

The survey also found that it is not very common for enterprises to help employees to love and marriage.

Experts at the website's Talent Research Center believe that for employees, the frustration of marriage and love can damage their physical and mental health and interfere with their work.

Although it is impossible for an enterprise to meet the needs of every employee, organizing activities to help employees find a satisfactory other half can not only prevent the negative impact of personal emotional setbacks, but also increase job satisfaction.
