The Sixth Shanghai International Footwear Fair Invites Purchasers To Japan
The sixth Shanghai international footwear Expo will be held in Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center in from May 18 to 20, 2009.
The exhibition is jointly organised by Expo Group Shanghai foreign economic and trade exhibition company, Shanghai Leather Technology Association, Shanghai Ya Hui exhibition company and so on. It is one of the sixth sessions this year.
With the chill of the financial crisis, many exhibitions at home and abroad have been postponed or replaced in a large scale. The sixth Shanghai International Footwear Fair is under pressure and meticulously organized. The exhibition will be held on schedule as scheduled.
The organizer of the fair, Shanghai Leather Technology Association and the exhibition contractors, supporting units and associations, work together to expand the channels of foreign trade, expand the domestic market, and actively help enterprises to avoid danger.
Reporters learned from the organizing committee that the registration of exhibitors has been basically completed. The organizing committee is making every effort to invite buyers from home and abroad.
In 2008, ninety-two percent of the footwear imported from Japan came from China. Japan is an important market for China's footwear industry.
The organizing committee will send an investment team to Japan for investment promotion in April.
During the inviting tour, we will attend the ISF international shoes exhibition in Tokyo in from April 21st to 23rd.
The investment promotion group has an investment promotion booth at the ISF shoe exhibition site, and a full page color advertisement is displayed in the ISF exhibition.
During the exhibition period, China Merchants Group will hold talks with the Japanese ISF Affairs Bureau and the Japanese leather footwear industry association to implement the details of the procurement visit to Shanghai Shoe Expo.
During the period of Japan, the investment group will also go to Kobe, Osaka and other places to contact the local shoe business association and the Chinese Chamber of commerce so as to invite more buyers to come to China for procurement.
