Processing Fake Brand Clothing, The Industry And Commerce Punish You.

Due to the blind processing of clothing to cause trademark infringement, a garment factory in Nancheng county was recently fined 10 thousand yuan by the industry and Commerce Department.

Not long ago, Nancheng County Bureau of industry and Commerce received a report that a garment processing factory on the third floor of the Xu Jiang theater was working on "Lining" brand clothing, which could be a counterfeit product.

The law enforcement officers rushed to the scene and suspended the fake Lining's summer sports trousers.

After further inquiries, it was learned that the "Lining" brand sports summer trousers processed by the garment processing factory were orally commissioned by a dress Weaving Company Limited, without any entrustment processing contract of Lining (China) Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., a registered trademark owner of "Lining".

Nancheng county industry and Commerce Bureau law enforcement officers then quickly sent samples to Lining (China) Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. and obtained samples of the company's fake products.

The industry and Commerce Bureau has made the above punishment accordingly.

The industry and commerce department reminds the relevant enterprises that when the goods are marked with registered trademarks, they must be provided with the trademark registration certificate or the trademark licensing license contract, otherwise they may fall into the trap of trademark infringement, causing the loss of their own businesses.
