Jiaxing Silk (002404): Controlling Shareholder Pledge 45 Million Shares
Jiaxin silk (002404.SZ) announced that in March 12, 2019, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Zhou Guojian, who was informed that Zhou Guojian had handled the stock pledge registration of the 45 million shares held by the company, and the pledge accounted for 39.60% of its shares.
As of the announcement date, Zhou Guojian holds 114 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.67% of the total share capital of the company.
The shares held by the company have been pledged 86 million shares, accounting for 75.67% of the shares held by the company, accounting for 14.89% of the total share capital of the company.
